GO CAMPERS AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

By collaborating as an affiliate with Go Campers, the Affiliate acknowledges and adheres to the following terms:

SUMMARY:

(A) Go Campers (Bílaleigan Go ehf.), recognized as the "Supplier", stands as a distinguished camper rental company, offering vehicles for hire to the public.

(B) The Affiliate intends to advertise and promote Go Campers' services to their audience and, in return, earn a commission as delineated within their specific dashboard.

Terms:

1. Duration

1.1. This agreement initiates on the set date and lasts for 12 months.

2. Go Campers Commitment

2.1. Go Campers ensures to deliver top-notch camper rental services as agreed.

3. Affiliate's Responsibilities

3.2. For any SEO or online promotional activities, the Affiliate must maintain the integrity of Go Campers brand, steering clear from any practices that might tarnish its reputation.

4 Compensation

4.1. Go Campers guarantees payment to the Affiliate based on the outlined structure.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Affiliate is permitted to use Go Campers branding for promotional activities during this agreement.

5.2. The Affiliate provides Go Campers with necessary assets for service fulfillment.

6. Termination

6.1. This partnership can be dissolved by either party with a month's notice.

6.2. Post-termination, all proprietary information remains confidential.

7. Governing Law

7.1. All matters pertaining to this contract are subject to Icelandic law and any disputes will be addressed in the appropriate Icelandic court.

8. Compensation Structure

Commissions and payment modalities are as per the established agreement.

Note for Icelandic affiliates: VAT must be included in all invoices.

Note for non-Icelandic affiliates: 24% VAT will be deducted from your total commission.
